I love CleanSpace! My home is sparkling every Wednesday when I get home. Ashley and her team are responsive, detailed, and give me the feeling that they really care about my home and me. I feel safe and really appreciate the follow up. We can email each other and that is a big plus for me. There is a sense of relief knowing CleanSpace is coming and when I get home all is clean, perfect, and secure!
We have been using CleanSpace for monthly cleanings since we moved to the South Bay in 2012. They have always blown us away with the state that our apartment is left in when they come through to clean. We try to tidy things up ahead of time so thorough cleaning can still happen, but even when a bit of clutter goes neglected by us, they manage to straighten it into a tidy stack or pile. It’s quite impressive! Every time coming home after a cleaning, it’s like a breath of fresh air. Ashley, the owner, has always been super communicative and friendly and employs a hardworking staff that excels at what they do. We’re very pleased with the services provided and have always felt like a vip customer! We’re thoroughly impressed and happy to be in such a pleasant business relationship.
I’ve used cleaning services for 20+ years and can’t say enough good things about Ashley and her team. We’ve had a great user experience starting with timely communication and a wonderful, friendly team who shows up on time and does a thorough job. We travel frequently and Ashley made it easy for us to reschedule cleanings when needed. I also love the value added approach and extra things they do each cleaning. Our dogs are always excited to see the CleanSpace team.
We’ve been using CleanSpace for about four months now, and it’s been such a relief to find them after some less than stellar experiences with other companies. This is probably the best-run company I have ever encountered. They set up clear expectations on what they will and will not clean, how much it will cost, when they’ll show up, and how you can provide feedback. You get a reminder call the day before, and a follow-up call the day after to make sure you’re satisfied with their work. They leave behind a feedback page that you can make notes on. They allow you to pay with credit card automatically (don’t require it, mind you, but I love not having to remember to leave a check).
This is a very professional cleaning service. They provide a one-page survey after each cleaning to make sure everything was satisfactory and had regular phone and email follow-ups. I’ve been using them for the past few months and I never had any problems with the cleaning. No risk with this company!
